For the states, its an enjoyable, sessionable pint. A tad on the bitter side, but enough coffee notes to carry it through. In terms of the creaminess and mouthfeel it leaves a bit to be desired. I’ll have 8 of ‘em.

Declan’s is a Chicago Institution. A perfectly fine pint and session-able. This pint was not as creamy as one would hope which knocks it down on the ratings. Still, I look forward to the next one.

One of the best places to get a pint in Chicago. Creamy and rich. Classic Irish bar with lots of ND merch and TVs.
