It's still a Guinness in the wilderness

The quality isn't bad but small pints and terrible pours. Could be so much better.

Not a bad pint all things considered, it's Fredericksburg TX after all, not Dublin. Full imperial. The owner Carole is very friendly and from Luxembourg, stop in for a pint and say hi.

Slightly high collar but otherwise a pretty decent pour, full imperial pints, definitely worth checking out if you're in the area. Can't complain about the price!

Taste is good, very erratic on the pours. Had a few and each one was different, the photo is most representative of what I experienced. Cozy little local pub by the way, well worth a visit.

Have to agree with TK, although I'm probably a bit more generous with my ratings. It looks pretty much spot on perfect but it's lacking in creaminess, mouthfeel and taste. Possibly a little too cold for my taste but something else is setting it off.

Solid pints. Hands above any other pub in the old section of Nice as far as Guinness is concerned.

Initial pour had a bit taller collar than one would like, but otherwise a solid pint. Second pour was better. Nice little pub, give it a go if you're in Carcassonne.
