Long time Guinness lover....if you consider what's served as Guinness in the States the same elixir. Began visiting Ireland in 2018, convinced there would be little difference in the pint. Had my first true Guinness in Ennis and after a single sip I knew my prediction was wrong. A few years, a number of visits and many pints later, I seek the perfect pint in the perfect atmosphere, and hope to relocate to the West or Ireland soon.
