O’Luain’s Irish Pub, Cascais
Came here on the advice of Publican Enemy, who has the pub rated as #22 in the world. If you’re talking about the interior, maybe. Tried two. Both rushed pour, no settling, and no lacing. Gas and glass issues? I prefer O'Gilíns in Lisbon.
