O’Luain’s Irish Pub, Cascais
Publican Enemy has the pub rated as #22 in the world. If you’re talking about the interior, maybe? Tried two. Both rushed pour, no settling, and no lacing. Looks better than taste. Not a fan at all. I prefer O'Gilíns in Lisbon.
