The Holy Cross, Salamanca
Salamanca is overrun with “Irish” pubs. I counted 11. The Holy Cross has plenty of tchotchkes but nary a Guinness drinker. Timed pour came out sad and bitter. Baking soda. Bubbling head. Glass too clean. Tried again, no joy.
