Seamus is a genial barman, running the place by himself. Such lovely pours. Matt sometimes is in. Place is famous for him and his Chieftan’s connection. Gets mobbed with tourists but no bother, this is a top-tier pint with an utterly brilliant taste.

A few gorgeous pints at Matt Molloy’s in Westport, capped off by meeting the gentleman himself. The Guinness was flawless—calm, creamy, and quietly confident. As perfect as the man behind the bar. Some places really do live up to the legend.
