Wonderful pub great fish and chips. Live trad music. Pint lacked domeage but all else was so good.

Nice quiet place at lunch time where you can enjoy a tasty sandwich and a properly poured Guinness. Head is inconsistent depending on who is pouring but taste is always there to save the day. Highly recommendable.

Rushed pint pour but the flavor was a sleeper pick for best in the area. Very pillowy regardless of wrong head size, and creaminess was there with the vintage Guinness flavor. While I wouldn't go to war for this pint, I'd definitely form a small militia.

maybe it was too busy, or the fact that the tap was just switched. i wanted to love this place after so many reviews, but the particular glass i got was not good. too warm. weird bitterness aftertaste. 30% head. i hope to give em another chance one day.

In my opinion, you will never get a 5/5 outside of Ireland. However, The Celt is one of the best I’ve had stateside, especially in Texas. Would highly recommend if you find yourself in McKinney, TX
